The first one that was delivered came damaged. I contacted customer service. They were prompt and delivered a new one within 2 days which came in perfect condition. It is absolutely beautiful in person. The draws are dovetail. Made extremely well. Love it!!! Very well made. Dealing with Joss and Main made an upsetting situation seem like not a problem at all.
