Knobs were packaged carefully and exceeded expectations. I took away one star because order was never processed/shopped. After almost a month after ordering, I called customer service and they had to force a reorder. Claim it must have been lost in shipping but I never received shipping confirmation and order never went out of processing. Not sure why my order wasn’t fulfilled the first time.
