Air Weight Organic Bath Towel

The washcloth is great. Wayfair’s bait-and-switch thing not so much. I ordered a set of 6 washcloths for $14.61 thinking it was a good deal (why I shop at Wayfair). Single Coyuchi washcloths cost $8. When I received just one washcloth, I immediately called and the Wayfair representative said I should have received a set of 6. He requested a photo, and I sent one of my single washcloth still in the plastic wrap. He said I didn’t have to send it back, and that he would place an order for the set. He cautioned that it was coming from the factory and would take longer than usual for me to receive the replacement. A month later when I was still waiting for the replacement, I called Wayfair to check on the status. Another representative told me that still another person had tried to call and/or text twice to inform me that there was a mistake in advertising the washcloth and it was’t really a set. Therefore I wouldn’t receive a replacement, but I would get reimbursed after I returned the washcloth. I hadn’t received any texts or phone messages, although they have the correct information. The rep had a photo of the new washcloth but asked for another of the used one. I complied. I figured getting reimbursed was better than nothing even though I would have to go to the trouble of returning the used one. She said she would send me a shipping label and that the return would be free. Still, I was disappointed to not have the washcloths. And then I received an email with the Refund Summary. What’s Being Returned: Air Weight 6 Piece 100% Cotton Wash Towel Set by Coyuchi. I didn’t have 6 pieces to return. They may or may not accept it. When I replied to the email about this concern, I received a response from Jermaine F. asking if I had received the other, non-related, items in my order. “This will clarify for us what is missing and help us better assist you,” he wrote. I answered that I had received them. That was Oct. 18. Today is Nov. 19 and I’m still waiting to see how he will assist me. I also note that the washcloths are still being advertised as a set. I will keep my single, lonely washcloth and be glad I only lost $6.61. However, I will not be fooled twice by ordering something more expensive just to get this treatment again. My mother has arthritis in her hands and doesn't like thick heavy towel. She can handle these much better! They are perfect!
