the chairs arrived and there was not a problem putting them together except for 1 bolt missing and that was easily resolved, thank you. The only other small issue is the back of 1 of the chairs does not have a smooth finish, it is almost like a small surface chip/crack in wood but not worth sending back. your customer service was exceptionally wonderful.. The dining table and chairs look beautiful on our patio. I would say when the chairs are being packaged more care should be taken. We had several chairs and also the table with scratches or small cracks because the pieces were not protected for scraping against each other in the box. The boxes weren’t damaged, so it had to happen during packaging. The set is good quality and exactly what I wanted for on my patio. Good choice and I would purchase again.
