The only reason for my 4-star rating is that the backrest felt a little low for me, but I’m very tall, so that is personal preference. The product description is very clear, so there is no misleading information. I ended up returning it because I have a Shih Tzu and my pet could damage the fabric. Love this sofa! It is extremely comfortable and great for lounging. My only concern is the fabric. I got spinnsol iron, which is 100% cotton, and I’m worried it won’t hold up well and will look worn easily. The cushions get saggy (obviously since it’s down), so i have to fluff them regularly. Beautiful sofa with really nice and thick material. I the seats are quite wide and so it makes it comfortable. The color is really nice (linen) and feels sturdy. The only issue is that the sofa is quite a bit lower to the ground than any other sofa in my house and so it’s hard to pair it in the same room. I would say my other sofas are standard size and this one is at least 6 inches lower to the ground. Make sure you measure before you order. Love the shape of the sofa. Don’t like the material to me it looks like a worn out sweater . I am keeping it. May get it reupholstered, because l love the shape style. The seating is very firm, maybe too firm for some. Customer and delivery was excellent. Good communication about delivering times and delivery team provided excellent service, respectful of my home my home. This is a fantastic couch. The two seat is elegant, and the cushions are firm but comfy. It looks very high end and feels so spacious to lay on. We got the bleach white twill which looks great on this couch. The mattress is firm but that keeps it from feeling the springs underneath which is good. I would definitely recommend this.. Anonymous.
