I’m a real customer who bought these chairs. Was really nervous buying online sight unseen. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of leather. It is the ‘buttery’ type quality. You don’t leave marks when you touch it. Craftsmanship seems good. Chair is sturdy and well put together. No loose staples or hanging threads. Delivery was great too.
