Ankara abstract handmade wool area rug

Beautiful rug! Sheds like crazy but worth it! Thankfully, we have no indoor pets or small children, hard wood floors throughout the house and the rug is in a very low traffic area...so keeping up with the shedding takes very little effort. To give an idea of the shedding... I raked my fingers through it to fluff it after opening and got enough wool to make a matching sweater (see photo)! The next day I sat on it and was covered in wool so ran my stick vacuum over it and got a plastic grocery bag full of wool. I’ve had this rug for 2 years. I loved the color and detail which the picture does not due justice to. It also hides any dirt and stains.
