This rug is soft, beautiful and fun. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I bought the recommended rug pad which makes the rug feel even more comfy underfoot. I have had it in place only a few days, so I don’t know how it will wear. It is 90%wool and 10% cotton, so should be good! I am very happy with this purchase!. Lynn. Park City, UT. Fri Sep 05 2025

Ankara abstract handmade wool area rug

Beautiful rug! Sheds like crazy but worth it! Thankfully, we have no indoor pets or small children, hard wood floors throughout the house and the rug is in a very low traffic area...so keeping up with the shedding takes very little effort. To give an idea of the shedding... I raked my fingers through it to fluff it after opening and got enough wool to make a matching sweater (see photo)! The next day I sat on it and was covered in wool so ran my stick vacuum over it and got a plastic grocery bag full of wool. If I was to run the vacuum over it again, I'm sure I'd get another bag full of wool...lol Still giving it 5 stars...it's just that pretty!. Alisha. Bloomington, IN. Mon Oct 13 2025

This modern area rug rolls out cozy comfort and contemporary style in your living space. Its textured and tufted design shows off a high-low pile, with subtle stripes of brown and beige hues that are easy to pair with colorful accents and neutral staples alike. Hand-tufted from wool, this rug's medium 0.63'' pile offers underfoot cushioning that holds up to regular foot traffic, making it ideal for bedrooms and dining rooms. We recommend adding a rug pad underneath to keep it from sliding or shifting on your floor.

Soft under foot and looks nice. Sky. Seattle, WA. Thu Feb 15 2024
