It arrived in 5 boxes. Set up was very easy! Simply lock in features with plug in recliners being ready for use instantly. Pillows come undone I had to put covers on 3 back pillows ( the big ones already have covers on). Very easy assembly. There was some confusion about delivery type, but in the end it turned out fine. Just know that if you get an email that says corner chairs instead of sofa not to get confused.
