The gentlemen who delivered our vanities were polite, attentive, and exceptionally careful in moving each vanity. Our delivery notes said “room of choice.” Their instructions said “inside entrance.” Wayfair did not schedule a third person which is a requirement for “room of choice.” However, the two gentlemen delivered every vanity to the chosen rooms. The delivery alerts I received were so confusing, differing dates and times, that I called the week before and talked to three different people, before I spoke with someone who confirmed date/time and “room of choice” delivery method. The delivery truck was packed, the gentlemen had a full day ahead of them, so they arrived shortly after 7am. They deserve recognition and a pay raise. Prior to receiving delivery, I was unsure if I would order from Joss&Main or Wayfair again. They represented your companies so well, that I feel more comfortable ordering again.. Renee. Falmouth, MA.
