Love this lamp. I had originally purchased the smaller version of it but when received it looked way too small in the space. I like that it's simple and sleek and can go with many different types of decor. I did deduct one star because the lampshade I received has a very obvious and thick black thread woven into the linen and it's sadly really obvious and annoying when the lamp is both off and on. It's unfortunately right on the opposite side of the seam so I can't even turn the shade a bit to hide it because then the seam will be visible. This is such a cute little lamp. I am planning on putting it on my kitchen countertop. It would also look nice on a bookshelf or bathroom lamp as well I think. The detail in the base makes it look high end. I will admit it took me a minute to realize the shade comes flipped in and upside down, you have to pull it all the way around and down over the lamp shade frame for it to expand to size.
