The shelves are beautiful. As others have said, the installation design was terrible. It would be helpful to have a paper template to use, the measuring and thought process that went in to hanging the shelves took about 3 hours. Also one of the shelves had a predrilled hole that didnt align with the receiving hole, so the bolt didnt attach. My husband had to create his own pilot hole to bolt it together. This unit is of poor quality. The seams at the base of each shelf are only weakly glued together and will split apart with very little force. The shelf came assembled and arrived on time. The piece is nice and light. The wood shelves was painted and not a natural color which in the picture I thought was natural wood. It’s still looks nice just didn’t really match with the wood accents I have in the room. The only issue I have with the shelf is the screw anchor used for the shelf left a dime size hole in the wall. It’s a pretty hefty, durable wall anchor that I don’t think is needed for such a light piece. Had I known the hole would be so big, I would’ve used a different anchor. Love this shelf! Had a similar one in our last house, but left it when we sold. Looks great in our small, hall bathroom. Not enough room to have both the shelf and a towel rack, so having one attached at the bottom is very handy. The only things I didn't like were the absence of screws, and the slight back and forth movement at the bottom.
