the chairs arrived and there was not a problem putting them together except for 1 bolt missing and that was easily resolved, thank you. The only other small issue is the back of 1 of the chairs does not have a smooth finish, it is almost like a small surface chip/crack in wood but not worth sending back. your customer service was exceptionally wonderful.. A lovely, simple bench, with sturdy weight and great length. Solid design. Easy to assemble with included tool. We bought it to sit outside near our kitchen door. One year in it is still smooth and splinter-free with no treatment. We decided to oil it as we moved it to an unprotected spot in our garden - loving it so much we bought a second one this year.
