The coffee table is made of smooth, dark brown mango wood and smooth white marble with gray veining.

The table is beautiful. However. Be prepared that it comes in a crate and you need a crowbar to open it. I had to hire someone. Then, the marble top had two black marks dead center. We love the way it looks when paired with a velvet-upholstered sofa or side chair, topped with a geometric vase and a vibrant bouquet.

Overall, I'm happy and surprised at the quality. The unit came well packed and the construction is sturdy and heavy. But I'm downgrading one star as they failed to match the marble on one edge. The entire unit is white marble, but as can be seen at the bottom of the photo, the manufacturer inserted a grey piece to finish out part of one edge. This presents a dilemma as this would be far to heavy to return and would be difficult to repack.
