Corten Steel Series Span Planter

I ordered 3 of these planters. Of the 3, only 1 of them aligned so we could put it together properly. My husband was able to bend one of the panels to get it together and the third is not screwed in on one side because there was nothing we could do to get them to align. If I would have bought them locally, I would have absolutely returned them. As it was, they are SO heavy that I didn't want to mess around trying to figure out how to ship them back (and we had already unpackaged them and had them partially assembled before we realized there was an issue). On a positive note, I did reach out to customer service and they asked what they could do to make it right - the service was very good. Another positive note is that it was very easy to get the planter to rust quickly using the process they outlined and the planters are SUPER heavy and sturdy. They are very pretty and aside from the items arriving bent, I am happy with them.

Easy to assemble, wish it came with the “rust patina” or that the rusting process happened overnight! Oh, well patience is a virtue and the product meets expectations.

We’ve just received the 4 planters and are in the process of spraying them to weath them before we put plants in them. They are sturdy and beautiful and we are very happy with them. We’ve paired them with our JM concrete table and teak benches.

beautiful! Cant wait to watch it change to rust-colored but seems well made. Hard to put together with older-guy hands (husband) but well worth the effort!

I could if it wasn't falling apart because of poor packaging. The worst packing I've ever seen , needed help getting the 4 pieces off the front porch delivery spot because sections of the planter were hanging out, making art impossible for 2 people to lift . I said this in another review about the delivery of this product. Wont order from Jodss and Main again. Too heavy to return .

The planter is lovely and very, very heavy. But one side of the bracket that holds the bottom tray in place had 3, out of 4, places where the weld was completely broken free of its mounting. I called Joss and Main to return the item, because of the defects, and they referred me to the manufacturer, who has yet to reach out to me. I am disappointed with their handling of the situation. They threw the ball into my court to handle. My opinion: this is NOT customer service by any stretch of the imagination.

Easy to setup and install. Great quality.
