Centennial Grand 56" Electric Fireplace by Real Flame

I love my new fireplace. The only problem that I have is the firewall does not meet and there’s gaps in it 2 of the holes that were already drilled was too big for the screws to hold the firewall in. I was able to make it work so that I’ll give it a four. 

I was very excited to get this fireplace. The box was really beat up and a front panel piece was broke. I contacted customer services and they said they would ship part #11 out to me. My big concern was this fireplace had a manufacturer date of 2021. It was also more yellow and not white. Sure enough the replacement part came and it was a much fresher, brighter white. Obviously the original fireplace I received was sent back several times. I’m sending it all back at this point. I wish the company would have shipped me a new fireplace in the first place since that is what I purchased 10/23.

We love our new fireplace. Wile there was a small hole in the box and Styrofoam, all the piece were in perfect condition. Assembly was easy. It worked best having to of us, but one person could have assembled it. There were only two glitches on the right front panel piece. One predrilled hole did not have threading, and one other hole did not align with its matching piece. Neither was weight bearing, so it didn't matter. It took about three hours to assemble, and now, we are enjoying a beautiful fireplace.

Perfect! We added this and took out a dated entertainment center. It brings the whole room together. The fireplace is easy to assemble and throws off great heat. Perfect ambience for almost any room.

This fireplace is a very beautiful unit. It is very well made and assembly was straightforward and reasonably simple to complete. I did have the work professionally done only because it is quite heavy.
