great looking desk only draw back is the drawers are a little sticky Mary

Love the style of the desk, but the craftsmanship is a little subpar on the drawers. They stick and the guides used are not fluid. Very jerky movement. The biggest problem for me is the comfort while sitting at the desk. The middle drawer handle digs into my gut. I never noticed how close tot he desk I like to sit while working and this is annoying. Also, there is a cross support on the bottom of the desk hat I hit my knees on a lot.

Beautiful desk. The wood is gorgeous and it is impressive. For the price I was expecting it to be perfect but the drawers do not close smoothly and were misaligned. They did send a replacement after I sent pictures so I appreciate the customer service.

Great desk. Very solid construction. Assembly was easy with all necessary hardware, and even a wrench, included.

After the first desk arrived damaged with missing parts and a big hole in the box...I contacted customer service, as usual, Perigold/Wayfair's customer service was wonderful as always! The second desk arrived today is great condition, all parts were there, no damage. Thank you! The only reason for 4 Stars is the desk is no where near worth $1,650.00, it should be listed at around $900.00...but thank you for the 5 Star customer service!

This Heckman desk is remarkably sturdy with gorgeous wood, clean lines and functional elegance that will not clunk up your space. Quality is so impressive that we ordered a gorgeous Heckman wood console for our home office. Love, love, love this desk that would compliment just about any decor.
