Chris Loves Julia x Loloi Bradley Ivory / Beige Area Rug

A great addition to our space. The color is just as the website photos depicted, and we really love the design. I wish it would've been slightly larger- a true 8x10. We have purchased 4 Chris Loves Julia × Loloi rugs (2 this order, and 2 previously) and the new rugs are replacing the older ones. They were only 2 years old, but wore down much faster than anticipated. We'll see how these higher quality choices fair a few years from now.

Beautiful color and great quality. Too light for my entry way (aka mud room) the dirt would show up in a minute!

This sample was a really nice quality and thickness. Clients went with a different option for a pop of color but I would still recommend and use this rug.

The rug was sent but it was damaged, had a cut through the rug. My issue is not so much with the rug (the rug appears to be nice), but it is with the lack of response/resolution I am getting through Joss & Main. Because it is a large carpet, and it is damaged, I have asked to get a label to have it picked up from my home. They said a manager would get back to me. I have made several calls to Joss & Main. Only a manager is allowed to touch the account. Meanwhile, I have a large damaged rug sitting in my foyer. No way to get it out, no call back yet, no replacement and no refund. While I would like to rate the rug higher as it seems nice, for now, I am unhappy with this issue not being resolved.

Love this rug, recommend for living/dining room as I wanted something a little more soft for the bedroom.
