Cielo Arch Mirror with Shelves

Perfect in every simple detail! Looks beautiful in my bedroom! I am delighted!

Well, I love the thought of this mirror. I ordered it for a bathroom makeover prior to guests arriving. I paid for express shipping and it arrived quickly, within 3 days of ordering. However, it was gold and not the silver one that I ordered. I was so saddened when customer service told me they had to investigate what happened at the warehouse before sending me a replacement and that it would take a full week to do that. I sent them pictures as requested, yet they still had to take a week to investigate why it happened. They refused to refund my costs for express shipping unless I wanted to wait even longer than the additional week I was being quoted. All are after my guests arrive and there is no mirror in the bathroom. The only options were to keep the wrong color and receive a small credit, receive the correct item a week after the original delivery date if the warehouse researches its error quickly, or get a refund on shipping and wait even longer to receive it as they will mail it snail mail. Don't bother asking for a manager as they claim that no one has any more authority than these options. Also, I have to try and repackage the gold version and not break it to be shipped back. Finally, the marble shelf that comes with it is extremely heavy as it's very thick. Keep this in mind when thinking of how and where you will hang this piece. The marble piece has natural veining, but it looks like they tried to fill cracks in the marble instead of just using a different piece. You can see this issue in the pictures I have provided. Loved the idea of this but so far a total miss.

Cute! As described. Mirror is very heavy so I would be weary of hanging it myself. Overall, very happy!

The product is exactly what I want for my home. Unfortunately the items I have received have been broken.

Could have been good but the mirror came shattered twice. Didn’t want to attempt a third time so had to send it back.
