John Mulliken
Co-founder, Joss & Main
Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Wayfair

As a co-founder, John Mulliken helped bring Joss & Main to life, driving the launch of the business and the development of the brand over its first several years. Joss & Main was a project of passion for John, who wanted to bring an editorial experience and the joy of window shopping to e-commerce.

John worked for a decade in strategic management consulting, most recently at The Boston Consulting Group, where he was a leader in the Multi-Channel Retail practice and the Global Center for Consumer Insight. In prior positions in investment banking and several startups, John was lucky to be able to apply his passion for rapidly scaling novel consumer-facing business models.

He earned his M.B.A. from London Business School and holds a B.A. from Reed College. An avid sailor, skier, and hiker, John lives with his wife and their two children near Boston.

Paul Toms
General Manager, Joss & Main North America

Paul is the General Manager of Joss & Main's North American Division. He spearheads the overall business strategy, as well as the execution of buying, marketing, and operations to support the growth of the brand in the United States and Canada.

Prior to this, Paul was the Director of Marketing for Joss & Main and spent five years at Joss & Main's parent company, Wayfair, where he helped to develop core business units in analytics, digital advertising, and customer segmentation.

Paul is a graduate of Boston University, and lives in Boston with his wife, son, and dog. He spends his summer weekends on beautiful Cape Cod.

Alison Campbell
Head of Buying & Curation, Joss & Main North America

As the Associate Director of Buying & Curation, Alison oversees assortment planning, calendar strategy, and supplier account management. She works with her team to ensure a unique and inspiring product offering and customer experience. With an eye for style and dedication to Joss & Main members, Alison crafts daily sales into compelling stories.

Alison previously worked in category management for Joss & Main's parent company, Wayfair, was the Director of Merchandising & Branding at HSN, and was an analyst for Morgan Stanley.

She is a graduate of Bentley University with a degree in finance, and is currently a member of the Boston Chamber of Commerce's Women's Leadership program. A native New Yorker, Alison lives in Cambridge with her husband, daughter, and dog Max, and loves to travel, explore new restaurants, and spend time with her family.

I love to see what resonates with our members. Seeing the product first hand, envisioning the many ways it can be incorporated in a home, and then watching it come to life on Joss & Main is truly energizing. I enjoy working with such a passionate group of buyers who share this mission.

Andrea Black
Head of Marketing, Joss & Main North America

Andrea is the Associate Director of Marketing for Joss & Main, where she leads new member acquisition, member engagement, and business analytics."

Prior to Joss & Main, she worked at Cowen and Company as an Associate in their Consumer Investment Banking Group and spent four years in wealth management at Hall Capital Partners in San Francisco.

Andrea holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in economics and psychology from the University of Southern California. She lives in Boston's South End with her husband, where they can often be found entertaining and hosting friends for dinner.
