The cabinet looks beautiful, the concentric squares are very attractive. The only drawback is the finish. It is very matte to the point of being almost abrasive. Dust collects easily and the finish pulls off onto the dusting cloth. I think it needs to be sealed. I'm hesitant to do this my self as I don't want to ruin the piece. While I absolutely love this dresser, it arrived broken time and time again. After several replacements I had to settle for a refund as we could not get one to arrive not broken. The marble top comes separately and this gives less stability to the base. The packaging is not adequate for the shipping. They all broke in the same place, along the top frame and down the back. This is a really nice looking cabinet, and it's perfect for my purpose (shoe storage where I can see all my shoes, but where they won't get dusty). I love that it came fully assembled, though it was missing the magnet that holds one of the two doors shut (a replacement has already been requested and will be shipped to me for free, which is excellent customer service). I would definitely consider buying more from this collection because they are really nice. There is a box underneath the cabinet in the photo to keep the front of the cabinet just slightly higher than the back because the door without the magnet swings open; I expect once the replacement part arrives and I install it, I'll be able to remove the box because the doors will both be held shut by magnets as intended..
